I’ve been photographing families for more than 10 years, and I know the secret to a great session is keeping it calm, guided, and fun for everyone.
I plan everything so you don’t have to — outfits, location, timing, little details — so you get to show up, relax, enjoy your family, and leave with photos you’ll love for years.

I know how fast the seasons move because I’m living it too. That’s why I LOVE documenting all the sweet milestones of motherhood and kids.

Living this way has taught me that the best moments aren’t forced. They happen when people are relaxed, laughing, and simply enjoying each other — which is exactly how I approach photography.

I bought my first camera on a Black Friday impulse — not to start a business, but to photograph my babies. They were the cutest babies I had to capture them ALLLL the time.
What began as documenting everyday life grew into something I didn’t expect. Photography gave me a place to use both sides of my brain — creativity and structure, art and problem-solving — while allowing me to stay home and present with my kids.
I love being my own boss and building a life that works for our family — and that freedom shapes how I photograph: unhurried, intuitive, and focused on genuine connection.

I’ve loved movement since toddler ballet — dancing, teaching, and leading classes for years after that.
Movement is simply how I experience life. Our family is active, always moving — walking, playing, dancing in the living room, kids running laps while I work out.
That’s why my photography leans the same way. I don’t ask families to freeze or perform. I lead into poses then photograph connection as it happens — walking, swaying, laughing, and being together — because that’s where things feel most natural.

I’m always mid-book, mid-idea, or mid–“wait, I want to try that.”
Curiosity is just how my brain works. I’m constantly watching and adjusting — light shifts, kids warm up, energy changes — and I change right along with it.
Behind the scenes, I’m always experimenting: dreaming up new experiences like my family minis and Bump to Baby, testing new gear (including my drone), scouting locations, or realizing how one small outfit change can completely change a photo.
I genuinely love learning photography. Figuring out new, better, more thoughtful ways to serve my clients isn’t work for me — it’s the part I enjoy most.

If you have any hesitation about booking with Jessica, don’t! I Let me tell you… it was an amazing experience from start to finish! I didn’t have to worry about what me and my family would wear, she took care of all of it. And during the actual photoshoot she was amazing. Quick but calm and did such a great job of soothing both of my girls when they got fussy from time to time (we have a newborn and a 2 year old). Lastly, the photos turned out absolutely beautiful and we will cherish them forever!
