We are local to the area but have so much fun visiting these for a staycation with my kids. We have an absolute blast spending time in the water, staying in their resorts, and enjoying the beautiful area.
Indoor Water Parks
Grand Country Resort AKA Splash Country
This is my kid’s favorite year-round. We visit several times a year and always have the BEST time.
Between the lazy river, several pools, hot tubs, water slides, water basketball, a giant bucket, and much more, your family is guaranteed to have so much fun!
They have a particular area for small children indoors and outdoors, which was perfect when I had young babies. They also have a pizza parlor, mini-golf, a kids club, live music shows, and more on sight for your family to enjoy.
You can purchase day pass tickets to the waterpark, or it is complimentary to those who stay in their hotel.
Castle Rock offers a climate-controlled indoor waterpark with over 30,000 square feet. It has multiple indoor kiddie pools with rain showers, waterfalls, themed water slides, a lap pool, basketball, a three-story slide, a lazy river, and even a sun deck.
Castlerock offers day passes to their waterpark, or you can bundle your waterpark passes with their resort reservation to enjoy both.
